Dr. Joe Dispenza
“Experience is the best teacher, and the worst experiences teach the best lessons.” Jordan Peterson
I’ve had more than my fair share of “worst experiences” when it comes to chronic health conditions. I know exactly how feels to spend a fortune trying everything possible to heal, only to get worse. I know what it's like to live with the relentless feelings of fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and sadness. I know what it is like to have your loved ones question your sanity. I know what it is like to lose friends because you are always 'too sick' or 'too tired', or because they think you are just plain crazy. I know what it is like to grieve for the person you used to be.
I know what it means to suffer and I know how to come out on the other side; to feel hope and happiness rise and fear and sadness fade away.
For over a decade I lived as a sick person. I lived everday desperately trying to heal, terrified of what would happen if I didn't. I was doing all the right things. I ate the perect diet and took the perfect supplements. I spent time in nature and exercised regularly. I meditated and grounded. I went for massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture weekly. I was constantly reading and researching about how to heal, and hyper-focused on anything that could make (or break) my healing. I was doing all of the right things but I wasn't healing.
Why? My story was wrong. I lived everyday trying to heal, and fear was the undercurrent driving my behavior. My story was sending chronic danger signals to my nervous system; There was a threat and it needed to respond. This fear based behavior locked me into a perpetual state of threat physiology - AKA fight or flight. Fight or flight is a very expensive biochemical state, intended as a short term response. When it becomes chronic, it drains your body of the minerals needed to drive your cells, tissues, organs, and systems to function. Trying to heal in a state of threat physiology is like trying to fill a bathtub without plugging the drain. No matter how much water you add, the tub will never be full.
For over a decade my story hijacked my nervous system and depleted my minerals; No strategy could change that. Don’t get me wrong, the right strategy is absolutely important, but the first and most powerful thing you can do is choose a story that is congruent with the outcome you desire.
So often the ego, the stories of the mind, the structured, rational part of us gets in the way of our own healing. We live in the energy of fear & desperation, sadness & hopelessness, anxiety & anger, and we watch the life we want slip away. If your story isn't congruent with the healthy, happy life you want, it’s time to unhook from the analytical mind and embody the feelings of the story you desire.
When I learned to reframe the way I approached my health in a way that aligned with the outcome I desired, and how to connect with my body to release the beliefs, both conscious and subconscious, that were hijacking my nervous system, I noticed a shift instantly, and I began to heal - very quickly! Story over Strategy every single time! 🩷
Your subconscious beliefs are working either for you or against you, but the truth is that you are not controlling your life, because your subconscious mind supersedes all conscious control. So when you are trying to heal from a conscious level – citing affirmations and telling yourself you’re healthy – there may be an invisible subconscious program that’s sabotaging you.” -Bruce Lipton, PhD and Cell Biologist
The signals and experience of our thoughts and beliefs originate in the mind, but the energy of our thoughts and beliefs live in the body where it creates interference with the nervous system and causes chronic issues in the body and mind.
Your body is simply a reflection of the thoughts and beliefs, true or false, conscious or subconscious, that are translated into feelings and emotions and communicated to your nervous system. 95% of your behaviors are subconscious, driven by the primal brain's desire for self-preservation and the nervous system’s reactivity to your external and internal environment.
Your nervous system is the system that all the other systems in the body report to. The nervous system is responsible for regulating and maintaining homeostasis (the stability, balance, & consistancy of the body's internal functioning while adjusting to changing conditions).
When your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings send chronic danger signals to your nervous system, the stress response, which is intended to be a short term reaction, stays activated, and
Your subconscious beliefs either support your physiology or destroy it. On the flip side, just like nervous system regulation supports mineral balance, mineral balance is required for nervous system resilience and regulation. If your minerals are depleted and out of balance, the capacity of your nervous system to appropriately handle stress will be greatly diminished. Minerals affect emotions. Emotions affect minerals.
You can’t think your way out of chronic health issues. True healing happens when we bypass the conscious mind and connect with the body to break free of feelings, emotions, and programmed beliefs that no longer serve us and integreate powerful new belief systems that are aligned with our innate desires. This integration will help to shift your body into a state where replinishing and balancing your minerals using HTMA becomes possible.
When your nervous system realizes the capacity for self-regulation and resilience your body will be able to spend much less energy trying to manage your physiology, your symptoms will fall away and your health, energy, and vitality will return like magic!
While my qualifications encompass many areas, my focus is on navigating the complexities of tissue mineral balance as it relates to the nervous system and its influence on physiology and psychology (Body and Mind).
Through knowledge, experience, and application of mineral balancing, bioenergetics, and somatic experiencing I have developed a balancing formula that works with each person's unique biochemistry, to eliminate chronic conditions and restore health, energy, & vitality.
Let me know how I can serve you on your healing journey.
