Happy Fall! Pumpkin Spice Freezer Fudge

• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/2 cup coconut mana, melted in double boiler
• 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted - add to coconut mana in double boiler
• 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey, or to taste
• 1 1/2  teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, optional but so delicious!
• Optional - add in a couple of scoops of grass-fed whey for extra protein!

• Mix everything well and pour into silicone mold or brownie pan lined with parchment paper. 
• Freeze for an hour. 
• Remove from freezer and pop the fudge out of the silicone mold (or remove from brownie pan and cut into squares) and place in glass storage container.
• Sore in fridge

*For a creamier texture, blend with immersion blender before adding walnuts. 

Notes…..you can sub cacao powder or apple butter for pumpkin for a different flavor treat!   Just remember not to use the pumpkin spice...I like cinnamon with the apple butter and extra vanilla with the cacao.
